Hi, I’m Sandrine. I created Safe Space Serenity because I know what it feels like to hit a wall. To wake up one day and realize that you feel empty.
I’ve walked through burnout, body disconnection, and identity loss and I’ve done the deep work of coming home to myself.
Now I walk alongside women who are doing the same.
Whether you're adjusting to a new phase of motherhood, ending a long chapter, or simply realizing your life no longer fits this space is for you.
My approach is compassionate, holistic, and deeply human.
We start where you are, without judgment.
We rebuild gently, using practices that honor your body, mind, and truth.
